How can you drive change in your country? Where should you start in your community?
Project Manager Yaroslav Zhydyk from EasyBusiness answers these questions in the new educational series “How to Create Projects in Communities” on Diia.Osvita.
The course teaches how to develop projects that have a real impact on communities, society, and the world. Every project consists of five key stages:
- Initiation
- Planning
- Execution
- Monitoring & Control
- Completion
The 13-episode series provides a step-by-step guide to successfully navigating these stages.
This series is based on the experiences and real cases from the “Influential” project, which is already transforming 25 communities across Ukraine.
By completing the “How to Create Projects in Communities” course, participants will learn how to plan, launch, and implement projects that impact their communities, the country, and society.
The educational series was developed at the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine as part of the “Influential” project, which is led by the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, in partnership with EasyBusiness and the Center for Economic Recovery.
