Ukraine is home to over 10 million people aged 14 to 35. They are the foundation of human capital, post-war reconstruction, and economic success. Most importantly, they will shape the country’s future direction.

EasyBusiness, in partnership with the Ukrainian Leadership Academy (ULA) and the Center for Economic Recovery (CER), and with support from HOVERLA / USAID Ukraine, organized the “Influential Youth Forum” in Lviv.

Government officials, civil society representatives, international organizations, and community leaders engaged with young leaders to discuss effective cooperation and their role in Ukraine’s development.

The forum was part of the “Influential” project, which EasyBusiness, ULA, and CER launched six months ago to help young community leaders grow, learn, and drive change. Participants identified local needs, developed project documentation, wrote grant applications, and learned how to engage with local and national authorities.

The “Influential Youth Forum” gathered 250+ participants from 25 communities, who presented 35 projects. Each participant shared valuable ideas that they are already implementing.

The “Influential” project empowered young people by providing tools for change. Every young Ukrainian can lead at their current level, scale their impact nationwide, and even extend it globally.
