A financial management and communications expert with extensive experience in economic policy, regulatory environment, and strategic management. Specializes in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing communication processes, and coordinating interactions between government institutions, businesses, and international organizations.
Currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at EasyBusiness, responsible for project budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency. Oversees resource allocation, financial flow coordination, and business process optimization to ensure the sustainable development of the organization.
Previously led the Communications Department at EasyBusiness, where he developed the organization’s communication strategy and established cooperation with national and regional media. Participated in projects aimed at improving Ukraine’s position in the Doing Business ranking, land market development, and deregulation. Also worked at the Centre for Economic Recovery, coordinating the development and implementation of key strategic documents such as the National Economic Strategy 2030, the Economic Stimulus Program, and the Audit of the Ukrainian Economy.
Completed the “LIGHTS CAMERA LIBERTY WORKSHOP” (2017) training on communications at the Atlas Leadership Academy in Los Angeles, USA.
Holds a Specialist degree in Accounting and Audit from Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University.
