Economist with a decade of professional experience in public policy development, structural economic reforms, regional development, private sector growth, and market systems.
His professional background includes leading analytical teams (over 35 specialists) and implementing more than 50 projects in cooperation with international institutions (USAID, World Bank, EU Commission, UNDP), embassies (Switzerland, the Netherlands, Norway), and leading consulting firms (Chemonics, DAI Global, Palladium).
Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2020-2022) on economic issues on a voluntary basis, coordinating the development of key government strategic documents (National Economic Strategy 2030, Post-Pandemic Economic Stimulus Program).
Dmytro and his colleagues work on strengthening economic growth, European integration, and regional capacity-building. He is also a partner at the international consulting firm CIVITTA, focusing on implementing international projects in economic development.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Marketing (2015) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2017) from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Completed the “Leading Economic Growth” program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
