Has over five years of experience in management consulting and the public sector. Specializes in social and economic development, human capital, and SME growth through public policy and strategic planning. Also has experience in data analytics and foreign policy analysis.
At EasyBusiness, she worked on international technical assistance projects and analytical research in social and economic development, human capital, and regional development. She contributed to preparing Ukraine’s dossier for hosting EXPO-2030 in Odesa, developing a pilot International Migration Index project for Ukraine, Poland, and Canada, and designing the Economic Rule of Law Index.
Iryna is also a senior analyst at Civitta, researching political development and foreign policy, with a focus on the Middle East and Africa. She has published over 30 analytical and academic papers on issues affecting Africa, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific region.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (2020) and a Master’s degree (2022) and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations, Public Communications, and Regional Studies at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
