Has over 7 years of professional experience in management consulting, analytics, and project management.
Specializes in local economic development and SME growth through public policy, strategic planning, project development, and capacity-building. Has significant functional expertise in research and analytics, development and organization of training programs, coordination of large grant programs, engagement of the public and government sectors, facilitation of group work, and public presentations.
Has implemented more than 30 projects at the national and local levels in cooperation with government agencies, international technical assistance projects, and the private sector. Coordinated analytical teams in developing the National Economic Strategy 2030, the Cabinet of Ministers Program, Ukraine’s dossier for hosting EXPO-2030 in Odesa, and the Recovery and Development Strategy for the Odesa region.
Developed training programs and conducted workshops for local governments, youth, and universities on project management, grant funding, and business engagement.
Yaroslav is also an Associate Partner at Civitta, a lecturer in presentation development at the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and a member of the Youth Council under the USAID “Dream and Act” project.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (2020) and a Master’s degree (2022) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Stock Exchange Activities at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
