Under the EU4Business: Recovery, Competitiveness, and Internationalization of SMEs program, funded by the European Union and the German government, Ukrainian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with export potential and innovation capacity can receive 100 grants of up to €10,000 each for recovery, development, and resilience during wartime.
This is already the second wave of EU and Germany’s support for Ukrainian businesses in 2024 under this grant competition for 100 SMEs.

Eligible SMEs must operate in sectors such as:
- Manufacturing (engineering, furniture, food, and light industries)
- Creative industries
- Logistics and transportation
- Other sectors with export or innovation potential (e.g., education and medical services)
Background:
The planned wave of grants will support the Ukrainian government’s eRobota initiative under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
