Update of the Recovery and Development Strategy of Odesa region for 2021–2027
engaged more than 500 local stakeholders to form a shared vision for the region’s development; analyzed the state of the region due to the impact of the war, developed the strategy and action plan for its implementation; prepared practical recommendations for the development of regional strategies.
Research of strategic planning processes after the beginning of the full-scale invasion
conducted a political-economic analysis of recovery processes at the national, regional, and local levels; identified the roles and positions regarding changes for each actor involved in the recovery and strategic planning process; developed recommendations for representatives of all three levels to improve these processes.
